The situation

A health and supplements brand wanting more sales from the visitors it already had — without guessing at what to change, or risking the numbers on a hunch.

What was done

A proper testing programme. Around thirty changes were trialled one at a time, each shown to half the visitors so the difference could be measured fairly, and every result double-checked before it was trusted. The changes that worked were kept. The ones that didn't were dropped before they cost anything. Nothing went live on opinion alone.

    A reworked page that made the next step obvious and got more people to it.
